3. Enquiries and consultations

Submitting an enquiry or booking a consultation does not create a client relationship. A project begins only after the relevant scope, fees, responsibilities, and contractual terms have been agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, layouts, drawings, photographs, renderings, and other materials are owned by or licensed to LDL Design. They may not be copied, adapted, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.

5. Portfolio imagery

Project imagery may include completed work, design concepts, visualisations, styling, and contributions from clients, consultants, suppliers, contractors, photographers, and other collaborators. Credits should be respected where shown.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale, or use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

Links or embedded services provided by third parties are offered for convenience. LDL Design does not control and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or terms.
